Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

 

Q. Saya ingin menjadi Agent atau Dropship

Q.  If tudung bawal on the website are out of stock, is there an estimated time for the next restock and where can I check this?
Usually we do not restock soldout items as we will release new collection every month

 

Q. I have not received my item. What should I do? 
Let us know via email and we will check for you the current status. You could also whatsapp our call centre at 0139743726.

 

Q. What are the payment methods available?
We only offer one of Payment Method :-
Maybank2u, CIMBClicks etc and also Manual Bank Transfer.

 

Q.  What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs differ according to location and the weight of the item. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you make an order online. 

 

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
Click Submit.
A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

Q. Can I make a purchase online and pick the items up at the boutique?
Pick up only at Wakaf Che Yeh and need to confirm a day before pick up. We are now 100% online and all parcels will be couriered via Poslaju and J&T only

 

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 1 to 3 working days via POSLAJU and J&T. There may be delays during peak season eg. festive season or new collection release

 

Q. What should I do if the tudung I purchased has a defect?
Please let us know via email or whatsapp 0139743726 and we will be happy to help.

 

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at mkmirakhair@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
